CAMPAIGN LAND RECRUITMENT SYSTEM
Units available when playing to Imperial Splendour campaign will be divided into three types : "national units", "allied units" also called "occupation units" and "AoR units" (AoR : Area of Recruitment).
Note that, for minor faction, "national units" and "allied units" will be the same. This means that they will have no "allied units" but only "national units" that will be allowed to be recruited by all factions.
The recruitment system will be based on regions, each region having its own roster of units.
Goals are :
This recruitment system is strongly influenced by that of Master of Empire, a Napoleon Total War mod by Steph and L'Aigle.

1. NATIONAL UNITS
National units will represent units specifics to a particular faction, based on historical materials.
Theirs characteristics will be :

Unit type : French line fusiliers - middle period (Seven Years' War)
Historically, France had 84 French line infantry regiments during the Seven Years' War.
Only 4 regiments could be considered as coming from what Empire Total War call "Alsace" : Gardes Lorraine, Lorraine, Royal Lorraine, and Royal Barrois.
The global recruitment limit will be 84/2=42.
Recruitment limit for France could be fixed to 40 and to 2 for Alsace.

This means that units such as French line fusiliers will be cloned to create two units : French line fusiliers {France} and Unit : French line fusiliers {Alsace}.
Theirs characteristics will be :
- national units are allowed to be recruited only by their historical faction, not foreign ones ;
- national units are available only in the historical homeland of the faction ;
- recruitment limit is fixed per region, the global limit (sum of each region limits) being 1/2 of the maximum of the historical number for such a unit ;

Allied units, also called "occupation" units will represent units from a faction that can be recruited in his homeland if occupied by a foreign faction.
Those units will be cloned from the "national units" roster, except guard and elite units.

- recruitment limit is fixed per region, the global limit (sum of each region limits) being 1/2 or 2/5 of the maximum of the historical number for such a unit ;

- "national AoR units" whose recruitment cannot fix per region but must be global to a groups of regions ;
- "native AoR units" whose recruitment is independent from faction as they can be recruited by all factions :

- their availability is limited to a group of region (AoR), according to history and gameplay ;
- their recruitment limit is fixed for a group of region (AoR) and is equal to 1/2 of the maximum of the historical number for such a unit ;
Native AoR units characteristics are :
- they are allowed to be recruited by all factions or large group of factions ;
- their availability is limited to a group of region (AoR), according to history and gameplay ;
- their recruitment limit is fixed for a group of region (AoR) and is equal to 1/2 of the maximum of the historical number for such a unit (when we can find such informations);
